Do you work with anything except QuickBooks Online?My goal is to provide you with thorough and accurate bookkeeping, which requires me to focus on QuickBooks Online to deliver those services. If you are not currently using QuickBooks Online to manage your books, we can migrate the data if you are interested.

Are you certified in Bookkeeping?Yes! I am a certified Intuit Trained Bookkeeper as well as QuickBooks ProAdvisor. This means I have studied and passed courses specifically designed for bookkeepers. In addition, I have experience in bookkeeping and using QuickBooks Online. Also, my undergraduate degree in Business Administration and masters degree in Organization Leadership each required multiple accounting and finance courses, giving me an excellent background in managing bookkeeping.

My books haven't been organized in quite some time. Can you help?Yes! I understand that sitting down and managing the books isn't the most exciting part of owning a business and can sometimes take a backseat for a while. Luckily, I don't mind doing it and am happy to clean up your books and ensure everything is in order moving forward. If you've never had your books setup before, I can also help get you off to a good start by helping create your Chart of Accounts. Don't hesitate to reach out!

How exactly does your pricing structure work?When we have our initial consultation call, I'll ask to see your 3 most-recent months of transactions for any bank accounts and/or credit cards you have for your business. That will help me assess the size and complexity of your needs. I'll then send you a free, no obligation quote based on that size and complexity. Typically, my minimum monthly recurring rate is $200 for simple categorization of transactions and reconciliation and low volume of transactions. Depending on how many accounts you have and the volume, the price will increase from there. But don't hesitate to reach out to have a conversation about your needs and we can work together to find the right solution for your business! For one-time cleanup of your books, it will again be based on the number of accounts and volume of transactions to complete the project.
